Welcome to a delightful dining experience on the first floor of the hotel.
At Non, we offer an à la carte menu for both lunch and dinner, a bar with a wide selection of beverages, and our own takeaway menu. This makes Non the perfect place for both delicious lunches and atmospheric dinners accompanied by great drinks.
Whether you're joining us for lunch or dinner, Non offers a menu designed to bring people together and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere around the table. Our lunch menu features fresh salads, hearty soups and homemade pizzas. For dinner, you can enjoy dishes such as pan-fried mountain trout, slow-braised reindeer, raclette and burgers. We switch from our lunch menu to our dinner menu at 4:00 PM.
Non warmly welcomes both hotel guests and visitors. Whether you would like to enjoy a meal in the restaurant or pick up takeaway food to enjoy at your cabin, we look forward to serving you.

Restaurant 815
The hotel’s main restaurant is located on the 4th floor, with an entrance just beside the reception and lobby bar. This is where we serve our delicious breakfast and dinner buffets.
Breakfast
With breakfast included in your room rate, you can enjoy our breakfast buffet in Restaurant 815. If breakfast is not included in your stay, it can also be purchased for NOK 325 per adult and NOK 195 per child.
Dinner
Restaurant 815 is the perfect choice for those seeking a great meal in relaxed surroundings. Here, we serve a varied dinner buffet featuring a selection of fish, meat and vegan dishes.
